NASI GORENG

Ingredients:
300g boiled rice
50g chicken, cubed (or prawns)
30g mixed vegetable
1 onion, chopped
1 egg, fried, sliced

Seasonings:
95g Yeo's Nasi Goreng Paste

Method:
- Heat a pan over the medium heat. Stir-fry the onion and chicken for 2 minutes.

- Add the rice, mixed vegetable, egg, Nasi Goreng Paste and stir-fry until fragrant. Serve hot.
